Don't miss it at all. They fire or turn over all sales managers maybe 2 times in 3 or 4 years. Ditto on the sales reps and all they can do is blame sales force? Maybe its leadership that needs to be fired. Some are so f---ing disrespectful, I couldnt believe what I was hearing. Some who sit around on their a--ses and never did the job (or sucked at it) acting so arrogantly. Unbelievable how poorly run this toxic s-- show is. Its no wonder they are getting beaten so badly. There is life after nestle. There are companies where you actually have help in the field instead of countless useless senior leaders. More people in support than actually doing the work. Amazing what a difference you'll see when you leave.
