He is only finger pointing now. When the numbers fail to materialize, who does he finally point the finger at? He has no business being a regional manager. No business acumen, no speaking skills, no human-interpersonal skills. He may be good at selling junk bonds, or spinning the good that Madoff did, but, as a RM for an oncology company that is supposed to have the patient first approach, he is lost.

The sad thing is that his boss is lost in the beauty of the West RM. I find in miraculous that he found beauty in it, but a bj is a beautiful thing, (with the lights out in her case). We are sinking here and the management team is pushing off the women and children first in order to save their asses.

this is just the beginning. Fasten your seat belts. Cant wait for Atlanta.
 












I miss Varun and Hans. Oddly, they seem more benign than these new venomous snakes in charge. I miss the days of 'white glove service' and the drifting eye and hands of Mr. Nanda. I miss Todd's uninspired leadership during tough times. I miss the juvenile finger pointing by the NAMs who claimed we couldn't sell to save our lives. I miss all the back stabbing that Ms. Ference exposed us to. Where have all the good times gone?

Our RM let us know we are so clinically inept that retraining is needed for the entire sales force. It is evident that the salesforce is to blame for the low numbers especially with this superior management team, and GPO heros. The patient is not first with these big pharma clowns. Retrain the front line. It is what they know to do and know what they know is how it will be done here. They were in over their heads from the beginning.
 






If this is the same person I interviewed with for an ABM, he is a total toolbag. Never engaged me in a single question. Kept repeating himself, looking at his cellphone, and telling me how important he was. He kept forgetting that I currently have a job and am not desperate for one working for him. How in the HELL did he get this position? If you want people to respect you, give respect first. He has NO CLUE! Good luck Dendreon. People like him give you a bad name.

that was true when JJ left Savient and came to you. The ratio is now
more like 15. He gave us up for dead and thankfully left.

Hopefully he'll do the same to you, leave that is, when he only thinks you

Anyone else a little pissed off that this joke is bringing in rookies at a 20% premium to what we are making? Its the only way he can get people to come here. Have to hand it to him though. If he can get people to come here in this state of affairs, regardless of what he is offering them, he is a pretty good salesman. Then again, Hitler was an excellent salesman too.
 






I will let the last post speak for itself on the status of the serial liars' mental health. I have warned about this fact on multiple occassions. With today's positive developments on Provenge use in Europe and the Aetna's expanded coverage decision, he is getting more desperate in his negative propaganda against Dendreon.
