only common sense would tell you Horizon is going to give their members the choice where they want to go, everyone wants the opportunity to choose. Lca needs to make sure they got their game faces on cause if they have any chance of surviving they better make sure they amp up their customer service skills....Lord knows they need help in that area!!!
