these jobs were all created as favors from old group Bill needs to definately get rid of these people ! Directors of Pleb doing nothing !!! Waste of money .How about investing in the Plebs that are under paid ? Or many other employees in N/E underpaid ? Who has all these Director jobs ????? Quest does not ?

Ok then - don't be bashful, let's start naming names. Especially all those with the cushy home-based jobs. who are they and what do they do all day?
 






























VP is a title you get when you've been around long enough and nobody knows what to do with you. There is no company out there, that recklessly throws out more VP titles to people who literally do nothing. Nothing. The fast track to VP is typically to stay around, fail miserably at two or three different roles and then they'll just park you somewhere with notihing to do and hope you become painfully unfulfilled and leave. many don't.

try anyone in the NE with the title "VP" - how many have been hideous failures at other stops? The bloated sales guy, handpicked by BH, who sold crap in a bucket comes to mind. It doesn't stop there.

Why would they leave if they are getting paid six figures to do nothing ??? Where else would they work ??? May be in Dunkin Donuts !!! What a laugh !!! Common practice at LCA to give out promotions to these people an their friends !!!
 






It is obvious the newest AVP's in the NE division, EJ and BB that are both jealous that CE is the golden boy wrote this post. EJ I would suggest that you actually work the night shift and fix the problems in your department instead of strutting through Raritan and smoking 6 hours a day instead of letting your jealously prompt you to write this. and BB- you are lack luster at best. Both of you never fear DD will protect CE and it is you that should fear for your jobs. Remember it is phlebotomy that brings in the revenue for you to screw up with poor service in distribution and for accessioning to lose everything. YOU SUCK

You know what folks? I work for Quest and it the same thing when you look at both websites. I think there are really good people working for both companies, and I am happy to say I have good friends in both companies. How can two companies be lead by such incompetent management teams? I can not hate my competition, but I can hate my leadership and the same type of clowns running (ruining) your company. Our companies went to their knees and said "how would you like to screw us to manged care companies". Then we are expected to make a budget with huge expectations for the bottom line, but oh yeah the reimbursement has been decreased by 20%, but you are expected to grow 30%. The officers get huge bonuses, the people in the lab are hoping to keep their jobs, and the sales reps are asking what happened to the big bonus checks I was promised?
