NBU Xiidra bonus

We had our POA and my RD didn't have a clear answer. Neither did our ZD. Why shouldn't our calls count even without a signature if they count for the OBU?

Patient first? Where do you get this shit. Drs are in the business of making money first, patient is a far second......or less.
He'll be selling your samples. But you're correct and smart. You have 9 more "calls" you can enter. There is at least one intelligent person working for this shit show of a company.

Why are you NBU reps doing this? The OBU is not going to hit the outlandish goal they set. You are wasting your time.

I feel like this is some sort of game.

The truth is, you better deliver some results on xiidra, not participating is not really an option.

Maybe they want the NBU to fail so they can say we didn't help and will have a greater reason to sell it off, but at the same time, we get paid huge dollars to grow vyvanse.

So imagine this scenario- we fail at helping them with xiidra, we blow vyvanse out the water, then they can show how profitable vyvanse is and how it's growing so that they can sell it off to some other pharma company, take the cash and buy other things that they actually want.

So you know we get a good salary, we can crush vyvanse and we can grow xiidra with much less than what they require for bonus. Oh well, perhaps it will keep you employed and get you a good raise
