And herein lies the issue. Some reps will be completely fine lying and faking calls to meet the metrics, others will not. How is it going to look when you place 7 call on a no see or lunch only provider or really any provider when your OBU counterpart has either none or just a couple? Are you willing to be accountable for that should it raise any suspicions? I know I'm personally not risking my career for the potential of $3,700. I don't need the money that badly. But some people will. So it will put the dishonest reps at an advantage for bonus, PC etc.. and they will look like heros and confirm to corporate that their idiotic comp plan worked. So this mind set from leadership will be confirmed and continue. Meanwhile, the rest of us won't get paid more than $200 for putting in an honest effort and doing more work. And for the OBU rep sayin we are making money off the backs of the OBU, like the previous poster said check yourself. I agree we won't really be affecting share but that's where my agreement ends. How would you feel having this additional responsibility dumped on you while still having to meet the exact same expectations and call average for your normal business unity and then find out you will basically make only $200 for your efforts? It's a slap in the face. In case you forgot, we didn't volunteer for this so please stop it with that attitude. We don't really want to do this ether and even less so now that we know the IC plan.
