The metrics to make any bonus are rediculous. 95% reach and average 7 calls/qtr. on assigned targets = $1000. 1 Trx over baseline=$500. 25-50% growth= $1000. Over 50% growth=$1000. Potential is $3500 if a miracle happens. Still don't know if it only counts as a call if you get a signature. SMH

I agree with you on one point, we (NBU) wont be affecting share, we've barely been trained on Xiidra. But let's not kid yourself, look at the bonus plan. NBU will NOT be making any money for our efforts. Getting a 95% reach and avg 7 call frequency with these docs (some have 8 targets some have 25) is going to be pretty impossible for most since we still have to see 8 docs per day for Vyvanse! So please check that attitude of yours because I'd doubt most of us will get more than $200 with those meterics. Our bonus is nothing compared to yours and we still have our main job to do. You're welcome.

Your welcome? For what? Many of us don't look at you guys as help, neither do our offices. I understand you guys don't want to do this and I sympathize. But your welcome? For what frustrating my offices and causing confusion with your limited knowledge? Thanks.....
 












How is this plan compliant and/or legal? If you create an IC plan that is not obtainable out of the gate for a majority of the sales force due to no-access or wrong addresses then how are you able to compete? When you tell us that we are suppose to hit 95% reach then you are forcing a non-compliant culture and expectation to get in front of a true no see customer.
 






We do NOT have to get a signature on each call. Stop in. Say hello. Enter the call and get back in the car. I will reach 95% easily. Don't over think it.

And herein lies the issue. Some reps will be completely fine lying and faking calls to meet the metrics, others will not. How is it going to look when you place 7 call on a no see or lunch only provider or really any provider when your OBU counterpart has either none or just a couple? Are you willing to be accountable for that should it raise any suspicions? I know I'm personally not risking my career for the potential of $3,700. I don't need the money that badly. But some people will. So it will put the dishonest reps at an advantage for bonus, PC etc.. and they will look like heros and confirm to corporate that their idiotic comp plan worked. So this mind set from leadership will be confirmed and continue. Meanwhile, the rest of us won't get paid more than $200 for putting in an honest effort and doing more work. And for the OBU rep sayin we are making money off the backs of the OBU, like the previous poster said check yourself. I agree we won't really be affecting share but that's where my agreement ends. How would you feel having this additional responsibility dumped on you while still having to meet the exact same expectations and call average for your normal business unity and then find out you will basically make only $200 for your efforts? It's a slap in the face. In case you forgot, we didn't volunteer for this so please stop it with that attitude. We don't really want to do this ether and even less so now that we know the IC plan.

I agree I know you guys don't want to do this..,I have a hard access territory and if my NBU reps call on those docs and mark calls I will not hesitate to call you out on the carpet if I get thrown under the bus for not calling on them. FYI

Seriously? I'm an NBU rep and I will say if the tables were reversed and I got in trouble for it calling on docs that my partner had placed calls on which I knew were fake calls I'd call them out too. Not saying I would do it proactively but if I'm going to be held accountable for fake calls I'm calling that person out. Most anybody would do the same.

NBU REP...don't understand why we are doing this...we should be focusing on our new territories....bonus plan is a joke. Thought at least I can hit frequency to get 1k because I am a lucky one with only a small number of obu targets. But when u reach out to ur obu rep to get at least best days for the targets u share since march when this all started( while explaining you will say and do whatever they recommend in their offices and go whenever they say to as long as i can meet my call guidance) and NO RESPONSE....I give up. I will go to ur offices and introduce myself as ur support with no knowledge or baseline and make us both look like idiots. I don't want to call on ur doctors but I have to. I am not going to try to act like I am an expert and will be the reason ur doctors start writing. But at least give me something so I do not make us look even worse and give them the reason to continue to give support to the allergen rep and the product that is not superior to yours. THIS SUCKS!!
