I love to see BIO reps brag as they hope for more business than they can handle. You are making less money per paycheck as you destroy ASP's and increase your work load on the back end. When you figure out you're doing more for less $ you will self implode. Additionally, BIO hires the biggest burned out clinical rejects in the industry which will serve you poorly in the long run. They may look good for 6 months but after that you will lose any share you gained with your customers. Service and support will be the determining factor for the success of device companies for years to come and BIO has no plan on how to address it.
Who wants to work for a company where their first focus of sale is to have docs sign training agreements? No thank you. That is not a sustainable business plan.
