If they're planning on getting rid of everyone that's not 100% on board, the payroll list will be reduced to 2. You've got to give people a reason to want to be there. And, frankly my dear, they just don't give a damn...

I don't think anyone is at all concerned about what they and who ever they are think. I'm only here until i continue the interview process to get out of this rat hole.

No concerns. We that r left don't give a thought about what r RD or JM or anyone thinks. We r left bc we produce and also know this is not were we will be in a few months. We all talks and we are all actively looking. Actually most have to same recruiter.

This company can't even pay its rent. If the people in charge were any more stupid they would need drool buckets. Who gives a fuck what they think.
 












A new year with the same crappy RDs. My RD has so many problems he can't find another job even w his title. I'm still hitting my numbers and enjoy that my RD is only around a day at best and he doesn't understand the business so I take him my low level accounts and targets. He never goes to my major accounts.

Nothing will change this year except for being told "everything's great" right up until they put padlocks on the doors and tell us we are no longer solvent. 1 year closer to the inevitable...

Joe is working hard to climb to the next level at this company, God help us if he gets there! If that head gets any bigger, there's not going to be a room for all of us at the next company meeting. And yes, tired of all the Thermo Fisher chat as well...aren't most of those guys in jail anyways?

Well I would agree the sales force is not impressive. It's a who's who of people that don't have the skill sets for this. Most come from pharma and have no clue other than get a signature. That includes a lot of the RDs
