National Meeting Cancelled?







OK I've had it! This company makes you question your own capabilities. Management shouldnt take base salaries down, provide unachieveable quotes while simitiniously sending out recall letters to customers. Recipe for disaster! Management wants CSC reps to be just door to door salesman..Please apply no experience necessary! And talking about top heavy give me a break.

I hope you realize now that this company is a stepping stone. Not sure how long you have been there but if it is over a year you can leave. Also if you have more than a year you are probably the most tenured rep in the company...
 












Tom McCurdy is one of the biggest......no, make the THE biggest Douche Bag that I have ever had the displeasure of working with. His looks resemble that of a witch. He talks in riddles with such dishonesty that no one believes a word that he says, or.......promises. I believe what he tells Mike Kelly & Brian C and what he tells us are directly opposed. He has hired some of the biggest tools that I have ever seen. Gary Williams is a TOOL! You are allowing this Douche and all of the other new Managers go out and hire people? Are you kidding me? They don't know what type of candidates to hire.....................oh I understand, you will hire whoever is willing to accept a $40,000 per year job. Well that pretty much limits it to new grads. Good luck with that - I am going to eat your lunch!!!!
McCurdy does not know a thing about Haemonetics business. He does not have a handle on how some of the products in the Patient Division work or are perceived by the customers. So, without that real knowledge of the stability of one of the divisions biggest products, you allow Warren to initiate a recall knowing that there are no replacements for these machines for months. You say that you "are going to protect the people on the downside, but uncap the upside," without any specifics. There will be no upside for a few years. Customers are totally exhausted with Haemonetics and with what you are doing now, it is sealing the deal for them. They can't wait for the Soring Xtra. Take this along with one of the most screwed up contracting systems in the world, What is Keyflow anyway...a stable full of Managers who don't know anything about our business....a Marketing Department filled to the brim with inexperience (I give EW and Avi a pass as they have the power to morph on the fly - but I don't know how much longer EW is going to be able to tolerate McCurdy's bullying) and words can't describe how far underwater Megan is - she is totally clueless. For instance - did we just come out a product which was over 10 years in development??? Who knows...as this was the most secretive product roll-out in the history of roll-outs. The Studebaker had more fanfare. The Recall's roll-out was 1000 times better than whatever roll-out the Elite had. Now how do you explain that??
Tom, can't you see that none of the reps respect you - I know you can feel it. You are a thin skinned, little person who has some real issues. You need professional help! You made a ton of promises to us a few months ago, but here we are today, and look.....nothing has changed. We are not going to argue with you about your decisions, but you will get the message as more and more reps leave. This non-compete and the method in which you rolled out the compensation programs....it is like Swiss Cheese. Taking business away from you will be a pleasure and as easy as shooting ducks in a barrel.

OP. Not sure when you joined here but chances are it was within the last year or so. You could have done yourself a favor and read the previous few years worth of threads on here and realized that turnover at HAE is normal and accepted. NOBODY GIVES A FUCK. You joined a company that is fucked all the way to the core. What company slashes salaries? A company that wants people to leave thats who. Do you realize that this company has had around 65 reps quit over a 4-5 year period? Thats double the fucking sales force!!!

The OrthoPAT was recalled due to a manufacturing issue. HAE didn't build a spill containment pathway for blood spills on machines designed before 2002. So if the unit had a blood spill it may cause a FIRE! And that's not the big problem! The big problem was over 70% of the OrthoPATs in the field are made prior to 2002. They didn't build up their stock because their cheap and had a earnings report due in May. They are working on upgrading the OPAT down the road so they don't want to replace the old ones with other old ones. Later this year we will do this again. As my college professor stated "you get what you put into the business". They bleed (excuse the pun) this division (us) dry and now their only course of action will be to work our asses off to get it back again. TOO F---ing late!

This issue has been known for a LONG time. I have not worked here in years and we knew of this then.

For the 100th time. Anybody that works here needs to get out now. This division is in deep shit.

That is not funny. I have seen these pieces of shit catch on fire in the OR before. Sorry to see your sales force is going through a hard time right now but maybe your management will take a long, hard look and realize they might want to try and retain sales reps for longer than a year. If not, I will be glad to wheel this thing to the dump for you!
