A b12 nasal spray? I have seen it all. This shit can't possibly work since Cyano-cobalamin needs to be broken down to Mthyl-cobalamin and can't be down under the nasal process. What ever Mthylcobalamin does get through, the pt would need to spray the whole bottle up their nose! Fact!

You really should brush up on your biochem. Cyanocobalamin to Hydroxocobalamin conversion happens in the liver. As long as the nasal mucosa allows cyanocobalamin to pass into circulation, then the conversion to MeB12 will occur in the liver.
