Because the sales organization is beyond crooked. I’m inside and what I have seen and heard is disgusting. What goes on out there, even to sleeping with top docs, is like nothing I have heard. I can’t wait to leave this under managed, crooked shti hole. Compliance!!!! Open your eyes.

Sell Acthar like a boss? Maybe a mafia boss. Exactly how do you ethically sell a medicine with no fda relevant evidence and legally no ability to make an efficacy claim? You’ve got a potential moa, PI that’s half pred half Acthar and a bunch of loose indications (based on a loophole in healthcare).
At $840k/year you’d think there would be evidence of efficacy (don’t believe it’s coming, they’ve been saying for years now). 100M fine, CNN, 60 minutes x2, JAMA... why’s everyone negative?? That’s laughable. JAMA isn’t exactly the national enquirer.
So, yeah if being misleading about price, safety and efficacy doesn’t concern you or your reputation. I would agree MNK is a great place to work. Liars, high-end escorts and shady types thrive at MNK! Bonus if ignorant or don’t care to follow Pharma marketing laws. Huge $$$ and treated great. Now slither or scurry back to the nearest shady corner and don’t poke your head out again.

The synthetic will actually have to do real clinical trials not like H.P. Acthar gel! We all know it’ll never prove effective. Lol. Be proud!

The synthetics will easily get the diagnostic indication it filed for. It will then be used off label and it will go thru because it will be cheap. That’s my guess. This shows up in any way and it’s a game changer.

The synthetic is actually a diffently blend of amino peptides. It’s more of a steroid. They will have to go through rigorous clinical trials. We do not believe it even competes in same arena. Too many side effects as well. We have a proven medicine for refractory patients.

100% hit the nail on the head. HO is in deep trouble for misleading investors on the competitive impact cosyntropin could pose to ACTH. I don’t think he intentially mislead, he and others just didn’t do their homework and were out played. The payers will hold tight and wait for synacthen. ALL payers can’t wait to stick it to these creeps.
