Good. They need to look into the rampant age discrimination. Pushing out older reps with threats and harassment to replace them with newbies. Criminal. And HR does NOTHING in the face a dozens of formal complaints.

I disagree.
I was surprised at how many of the reps in my district had no idea how to calculate their own bonus with the calculator. Why the hell wouldnt you want to periodically take a look at that? I dont expect my manager to have to do that for me.

I agree! Why wouldn’t a rep calculate their bonus, which takes two minutes? Makes me think that the rep is not there for the bonus and doesn’t care. Those are the worst reps.

I hate to tell you, but DM’s have very little input on merit increases for their reps. They have some , but it’s minor. Nice conspiracy theory though.
