Listen son, I need you to get in the field before I call mommy up and submit that PIP up the ladder.

Oh brother. My “lack of salesmanship skills has been lacking”. Why don’t you give it some thought son and take another stab at that sentence. Your first attempt was a failure.

It appears that the RSR title we gave you has gone to your head. You may want to review your job description. You are nothing but a glorified courier and your input is irrelevant, as always.

Listen Son, I have submitted everyone’s PIP up to corporate as of this morning.

The lack or may I say the inability of doing your job and bringing in UHC business and keeping Aetna has been a disgrace on the national level.

All 7 of your managers have been put on PIP as well.

Good luck and I hope that the job fair as a 45 year old laboratory representative will serve you well.
