Pick a reason - irresponsible use of alcohol, sexual harassment of female employees, or just generally being a self serving Ahole and getting the lowest speed of trust scores in his area. Doesn't matter though. He didn't screw a prostitute and get his iPad stolen, so he's still at Astellas. Doesn't matter what kind of HR liability he is, his director will always cover for him.
