Saw a position posted for Arizona and they want minimal industry experience. That's the way Pharma is going now, even for specialty positions. They want the candidate to have only a few years of experience and the willingness to accept a low-ball offer. Sad!
Are they expanding in Arizona or did somebody leave or get fired? OUD side or Behavioral Health?

In most cases the sales in pharma now are more dependent on a favored managed care mix than selling skills of reps. Companies are realizing this, so they can hire less experienced reps. and pay them less. In most cases the successful CS' at our company are not as fantastic as they think they are but rather benefiting from a favorable payer mix.
Not surprising . . . her manager was a sak 'o' crap. If BG got harassed out by her twit of a manager, it speaks volumes about the others that have been let go in the past. It clearly wasn't the reps.BG gone in TN
