Management has truly risen to their own level of incompetence. The style of this type of management is to point the finger at everyone else. The salespeople are EASY targets. The management: MJ, GT, VK, KN, TM, could not begin to perform any better in a territory than the sales people. As long as they keep turnover increasing they can keep things stirred up to keep the focus off themselves and keep their jobs a little longer. There is no true management or effort to develop skills at all. ST continues to see how many donuts he can stuff in his mouth and walk circles in his office while laughing all the way to the bank until the government kicks him out so he doesn't care either.
 




































Saw a position posted for Arizona and they want minimal industry experience. That's the way Pharma is going now, even for specialty positions. They want the candidate to have only a few years of experience and the willingness to accept a low-ball offer. Sad!
 


















They aren’t all pod people. You don’t know wtf you are talking about. Some are doing very well. Those people are getting tired of this...

Bottom feeding POD. People are all they can get. Almost two years since launch. There is no ground swell of demand/acceptance for providers or patients. POD ppl are best suited for this job. They know how to drop information and drive on. They are used to brainless activities.

OUD. PIP'd out of the company.

Why say shit when you have no clue? She was on the BH side and she wasn’t PIP’d out of the company. She resigned. She was smart.. she prob saw what is happening with the company and the toxicity and indictments and got the f out. I talked with her in July at our meeting and I could tell she already had one foot out the door. Leadership has done nothing to help Arizona. By the way, moron, does this company even do PIPs? Or just bully you until you leave?

I really think you are absolutely right. Perseris is not on Medicaid in Texas but the Medicaid in Texas is a joke and the patient only has fail ONE other antipsychotic (even an oral counts, I think). So Texas is killing it. The product is on MediCal so Cali reps are doing well. It is not on Arizona Medicaid and the Medicaid there requires the patient to fail almost all of the other LAI’s to get it approved. So Arizona is suffering badly and the company blames the reps instead of recognizing that they need managed care help.
 






The management, on the addiction side anyway, has NO talent whatsoever all the way to KN and TM. It's easier to blame the CS/CL and fire them because the managers can't manage and develop or even acknowledge what's true about unique selling environments. They will say one thing in large presentations but don't even realize the conflicting statements they make during one on one interactions. The arrogance and ignorance unfortunate but funny because they really think they have it all figured out and under control.
