Get real, why do they actually let people go so often? Are there that many people let go altogether--or is it the same person continuing to post?

You wouldn't believe it. Why do you think there are so many negative comments about mdl and almost all of it directed toward one person?

Obamacare is great! Many people have insurance and health care benefits who could never afford it before. I see the benefit already with lower premiums. Thank God for President Obama!

I don't know how Obamacare is realistically affecting the rest of America's population (I do listen to the news, but we all know how what a liberal spin they put on everything), but I have to say with the small company that I am currently working for (and several others that friends and families are working for) have used Obamacare as a way to reduce the benefits that they offer us. They are only offering the "minimum requirements" of Obamacare--which sucks compared to the insurance we had until 12-31-2013. Thanks, Obama!!!! Another job well done (NOT!).

Amazes me. You see the posts here. Why you people start asking questions during the interview like.......WHY is the post vacant. What challenges will you face the first 90 days. Inquire about health insurance, car, bonuses. If VT interviews you......ask if it's a company holiday for Columbus Day.

EM knows exactly what he needs to do. FIRE VT and bring someone qualified from the outside. Have that person strip down the existing culture and re-build it with new, fresh policies. Shit rolls downhill. Corporations tends to take on the personality of their CEO. Re-brand. MDL has one lone negative factor that is holding back / bringing down the entire sales department....profoundly insecure little vt. Get rid of her. What she needs to do for a living is to not be around people.

EM is the top of the hill, replacing VT will only slightly improve the situation. Face it, there is no change there. New employees need to understand their life span there is limited.

I am a current employee. If you have any other options, do not take a job with MDL. They come up with bogus reasons to not pay you the commissions that you have earned. They will lie to you about expansion and growth. It will not happen! I have been with them for quite some time. Needless to say, I am actively looking elsewhere. The insurance is not affordable (not on an MDL paycheck anyway) The managers are all suck-ups. I would have more personality in a coma that VT has!
