You are ignorant to the facts if you think Novartis' issues are derived from the MS clinical knowledge of its sales reps.

agreed. docs always seem miffed when you arrive after a brief absence with a new company and product. does give an odd impression since we are largely associated with the product we carry and company. been there done that!
