Yeah how about fuck you & fuck her
In Vegas you have to pay double for that.
Yeah how about fuck you & fuck her
Senior management is very concerned about the backlash from the non-compete. 3 weeks ago management thought it was a few who were complaining. They now see most of the employees see the bait and switch tactics. Management, this is no way to launch a product with new competition looming. Solution: immediately have a conference call stating that the non-compete was a bad idea and it will not be used. Until this happens I will stay here and work 2-3 days a week. My teammates are working the same amount.
The non-compete will not hold up in court. This doesn't matter. Novartis will notify your new MS employer you have this once you give NVS notice. The new company will most likely pull your offer. How to avoid this situation. The day you give notice to NVS have an attorney send a letter to NVS stating you will pursue legal action against NVS if they notify the new employer. If your specialty for any length of time is MS and you cannot find another position in MS, an employment attorney could get you many years of salary plus bonus if you are out of work. Bottom line: It is not all bad if you play your cards right and are willing to sue NVS.
Please NVS management respond with a rebuttal.
Biogen will wipe the floor on Novartis. They are the real ms company not us. Let's stop pretentding we are a ms company. We are big fat pharma in a biotech world. We have not, nor will not ever be on their level.
So true Gilenya is a great product but the wrong company developed it. Biogen is not the powerhouse they once were but better then us. What did you expect when the leader and the 3 RD'S have no MS experience they have no idea what is coming.
With BG12 results looking extremely promising will this open the eyes of management? It's time to focus on Gilenya not the non compete. Management sits in their glass house and hopes this will blow over. Let's see management, when the sales specialists talk it is not about Gilenya it is about the non compete and what a dirty trick that was played on the sales force. Maybe you think there is nothing we can do and maybe you are right. But giving 20% effort just makes it easier for BG12 to take over the market. If my lack of effort reduces just 25 patients in a year from starting Gilenya the company loses almost $1 million. Now think if this is happening with 25 sales specialists. What about 50? Are your bait and switch tactics worth it? What do you gain with the non compete? A employee who is not happy and wants to leave is forced to stay and not achieving the full potential. I would think you would not want to retain an unhappy, unmotivated employee.
I heard they are setting up sales specialists to speak up on conference calls stating the non compete is not a big deal and their teams are happy. The participants on the conference call can see right through your tactics.
