How would you like to be told at 4pm Thursday that only 1 person died. The next day you go to work the docs ask about the 11 that died. The salesforce is so done with Dagmar and all her bullshit time for a change.
 












MD's get really worried when DEATHS are reported on a drug that they prescribe to their pts.

If they experience any of these or major side-effects they are required by law to report it to the FDA. The last thing a doc wants is an FDA inquiry into their practice. Its like the IRS coming after u for tax info.

watch docs slow down or stop prescribing this drug until all toxicity data is clear and well defined. They don't want a lawsuit and don't want FDA in the faces!
 






Of course Nofartis leadership did not mention the deaths. When (not if) this becomes a bigger issue, lawsuits will start flying. Documentation of this sort of thing is the last thing they want.
It's CYA time in EH. Forget about doing the right thing by patients. Just watch.

My core value to support my family. This includes my base salary and bonus. I can't change people dying. I only can control what is in my power and that is to make sure I make bonus for my family. I'm not kidding.

I will predict either drug pulled from USA by June 1st. If not, overlay reps and 1 NE will be gone by this time. Sales will drop and they will need to reduce costs. The big question will be if everyone will need to interview again? Headcount reduction by 25% by end of Summer.
 






It will get pulled or such restrictions nobody will use it. This company has the worst luck but karma is a funny thing. You treat people like shit and now your blockbuster drug will be removed from the market.

If we are told no layoffs or we will make bonus, would you believe them given their track record? There is no trust in leadeship especially Conrad.
