MS Division

...has so many backstabbers you can trust no one. Between running to upper management complaining and reporting bogus compliance violations, Novartis employees who came over to MS cannot be trusted. These guys need to hide their poor product knowledge and weak sales skills by backstabbing the team. Pay backs are hell.

go back where you came from, ooopppppsssss they won't take you back

They are so busy rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic that it's lost no one is really steering! No patient database built from marketing consents but we sure do know what field reps were dialed into a recent conference call!! Hallmarks of leadership CYA and blame the field while failing to see--or fight--real barriers falling on senior leadership shoulders. And it's early to say it's the Titanic yet. We will see if sales grow us much bigger than a cigarette boat.

Dagmar does nothing but play dress up. The 3 RD'S are worthless.

Managements lack of understanding the MS physician and marketplace has led to many COE's state to the SS to keep management away. Management should help not hinder the sales process. After 1 year upper management still does not realize we are not promoting a primary care med. If the SS were not making bonus there would be a mass exodus.

You're right on, my impression of the Novartis vets on the MS team is that they are untrusting cry babbies. If they feel pressured due to a lack of production, they call HR and become untouchable. I have never saw anything this crazy in my life. The one on my team does not know the definition of initiative. he/she waits for everything to be done for them and bitches when nothing has been done. These morons are the example of what is wrong with pods. Obviously they have ridden the coat tales of successful reps and always expect the other reps to perform while they sit on their lazy asses. I laugh at the thought of these morons walking into major MS centers. This is definitely not the team I thought I was joining.
