It wont be a few weeks but they are losing money every month and with the LC lawsuit on the way the legal expenses will make things worse.

Let's see....losing money, losing clients, losing experienced people, no insurance contracts, and TG as President.

Venture firms not very patient people - how long do they fund a losing company?

Hmmmmmm........sounds like a formula for disaster

A disaster or a tremendous opportunity. There is a slight difference between both. What's with the LC lawsuit? Does it involve confidentiality contracts/agreements??
 


















The LC reps who followed TG and are there now are alledgedly violating the terms of their non competes by soliciting their former clients.

It aint fantasy, just a desparate strategy...............

Give some examples. If you have examples you can do something about it. If you are full of crap, admit you are full of crap and go bother other people on these boards. Talk about Bio-Reference, that IS always a great discussion on pushing the envelop or making the envelop disappear.

Why were you upset that the other poster mentioned , Bio-Reference??? Why don't you comment about the alleged LC lawsuit?? Who will replace TG?? Why are they going bankrupt, per another poster???? Get my point, YOU are the lurking loser with nothing of value to add to the conversation. By the time you comment on anything, it will be old news. Get a life LOSER!
 






This is so funny. All you jealous losers need to get to work. This co. is no where near bankruptcy and we are out there all day slowly picking you off. Haven't even looked on these boards in weeks, but felt compelled to reply. Maybe in a month, on a slow Sunday, I'll have time to look at this again.....in the meantime you losers stay home and post away while your accts slowly, but steadily wave you goodbye. The investor group Trevi who continues to fund the operation are the ones in charge.

The company is losing money - FACT. But it is not unexpected for a somewhat start up in this industry. The old Genatom book of business and the sales group who manage it are are a big question mark.

Whether or not ML will succeed will depend on how quickly they can ramp up sales with the new group and continue growing.

What "new group". Everyone is Genatom crooks or retreads from LabCorp! How are they ramping up sales?? LabCorp has NO business in Manhattan today or for the past 15 years, unless you count client billed accounts to Article 28 useless facilities. Genatom is more crooked than Bio-Reference, LabCorp, Universal, Quentin, etc ALL combined.
 






I dont disagree but there are some on this thread that claim the LC crew are cranking up the specimen counts with new business which I know is not the case.

The Genatom business is from NJ clients who have phleb and rent deals. The real winners here are the former owners of Genatom who sold that POS lab......

TG and company have a tough road ahead!
