they are back filling some positions. If you get it don't plan on it being a long term gig. We are all getting switched to the lowest of low targets I have been in my territory for over 10 years and have doctors on my new call list that I have never called on and some I have never heard of. Pretty clear we are very low value to AZ.

I know most my district is already looking for something else. New boss is a tool and the IC plan sucks. Throw in being restructured twice in the first three months and little faith we wont have a mandatory bye bye call in the near future. Just my take. Good Luck everyone. AZ rep here. I know they gave you guys a call list that sucks. Can't figure out why. Movantik will probably end up being a niche drug. Very niche. I would guess that this contract may last a year, but who knows.I hear that Publicis is a shit company on top of all that. Keep looking for a permanent position elsewhere.

Thanks . I cant help to think that even after the AZ and DS targets are removed -there must be HCPs with more potential than the HCPs my list represents. Cold calling to find Offices Hours leads to 'The Doctor sees patients 2 X per month' or I appreciate you stopping by but I'm 'semi-retired'. - At least since they are
pleasant.

This contract is already dead. Anyone with a brain knows our days are numbered. To many reps and not enough rx's. We are not even paying for the gas in our cars. As soon as it cost less to let us go than keep us AZ will show us the door.

Loved when my boss said our contract was a good as gold to continue for a long time. Then it ended. Clear as a bell he or they were leading us on, all to get fluffies. Managers are special people, they get placed when the balls roll. Who do you believe with this contract BS? Go non contract for your next gig.
