This whole contract is turning into a joke. I wouldn't be surprised if this thing is over in a few months. I was told almost the opposite of what was in that email from someone very high up in vegas. Along with the promise that this contract would be extended and new products added. Feels a lot like I am a donkey with a carrot being held in front of me. Every very easy to answer question you have can't seem to be answered by anyone. I have never left a job mid stream before, but this might be the first. I know most my district is already looking for something else. New boss is a tool and the IC plan sucks. Throw in being restructured twice in the first three months and little faith we wont have a mandatory bye bye call in the near future. Just my take. Good Luck everyone. At least there are a lot of jobs out there right now.

Isn't this AZ ? That spells cheap. Contract means expect the worst,

Jobs out there with resumes by the 100s coming in. Question is if you chuck it will they let you switch to contract B?

Well look, it is the "rich resumes, hit high marks, big smackers", foreign fucker again that always struggles with English. LOL
 


































































Took a look at my new target list for May 1. Almost all HCPs are either a decile 9 or 10. I've worked my territory for four years and never heard of many of the HCPs on my new list. It will be more than a challenge to get scripts with this new list. I am going to bang my head against the wall now.
 






I downloaded my new workbook effective May. I have worked my area for four years and 90% of HCPs I have never seen. Almost all of my new targets are decile 9 or 10. Looks like I have my work cut out for me. I wonder who is getting my current targets?
 






Loved my boss trying to sell me on how great my 7 to 10 targets are and what big plans AZ has for us going forward. Pretty clear we are gone as soon as the contract math makes sense for AZ. Nothing like having all our hard work, lunches, and appts go to someone else and we get to start over at ground zero.
 






I can't quite understand why AZ and PTS has reps go through extensive training and take exams to be given a list of HCPs of a decile 7 to 10. I am all for uncovering new business but with a target list of 140 HCP with decile 7 to 10 how the heck will we generate new scripts?
 






The only solace in this whole situation would be if they give us another product so we have 2 in our bag. One product calling on the bottom docs gives me no security. Curious what the next 2-3 weeks brings us.
