Well, I am definitely not surprised. I am not going to say anything very nasty other than if I am going to go back to a big pharmaceutical company then I would expect a very generous and competitive benefits package. Like many other posts, Mallinckrodt's package is the worst I have seen in my career.

I believe they have acknowledged that as they really want to retain people, but they are being way too slow on improving them. The majority of the good reps will leave. Regardless what others will say, a great rep with consistently high rankings will always find another job. These are the people that Mallinckrodt will continue to lose.
 




































Karen was a top rep! She saw what this place is turning into and was smart enough to be proactive. The idiots are the ones listening to the bullshit the managers are telling you. They go to a meeting and come back Mallinckrodt Zombies! They drank from the punch bowl!! So easy for them to say it's all good. They just don't want to go through the work of hiring new people. They don't care about you. They will lie to your face!! I'm not saying it's better somewhere else but it's going to be big pharma here. Eventually, after January, it will change for sure. They will try hard to keep us here till years end. The new expense reporting system looks like shit, benefits suck, less vacation, and they want to stick us with that lame Xartemis!! I'm not selling that shit!!! Let's see the bonus plan!
