So when are the Area Directors heads going on the chopping block for any of the “sales force” problems? Typical good ole’ boy mentality. Strangely enough, the only Area Director to have her job eliminated was a black older female that had been a complete super star for years. She got pushed out for a white male that had barely gotten his feet wet at AMAG. The Area Directors are the biggest waste of money and space here at AMAG. Besides rearranging the data columns and sending “captain obvious” messages to the RSD’s, no one can see their worth. The RSD’s don’t trust any of them and the sales force has been lied to so many times we just tune them out when they utter one of their speeches about how “important “ we all are. Bunch of damn, empty suit, talking head liars.
 






Agree with everything said here. Mistakes "began" with the idiotic purchase of CBR. BH was successful at accumulating a big wad of Benjamins and then had to run out and spend it to become a bigger fish in the Pharma world. So proud the company went from like 200 people to 900 with the two acquisitions of CBR and KV. KV good decision, CBR and speedy IR launch not good. They brag about their "sense of urgency" and accomplishments. Bad decisions at lightening speed. Bravo Billy Boy! Yes, current Area Directors are uber tools, add no value.
 


















Maybe he didnt like the culture or didnt get a promo or didnt get his stk options or better yet maybe he got a pkg to leave...who really cares at end of day if it doesnt impact you
