Better get some retention bonuses going up there.
Pretty quiet on this in Princeton.I don't know why you would create this post without actually including some information. Who, what, when, where, why? atleast provide some basics like: what division do they work with? Many questions

If you think they’re freeloaders, then the only reason you keep them is because you know you can’t get anyone better.Right---you don't pay retention bonuses to freeloaders.
You people are ridiculously stupid. Look at how long Sun has been in the US. Now look at the average tenure. Nobody ever stayed at Sun. Never. That will continue going forward. If you think you are going to be the first of many to be an old timer here you are wrong. Everyone goes from Sun. Either on their own or by well organised downsizings. Zero longevity at Sun may explain the lack of retention bonuses.
Now get another job like we all did.

That about sums it upHere’s a different thought:
Those that are at Sun, and who stay there more than a year, simply do so because no other company will hire them.
They’re stuck.
Unfortunately, no one.Who do you think will leave next?
Here is a question and please be honest and realistic in responding.Unfortunately, no one.
They would if they could, they’re all looking, but no one will hire them.

Thinking of the Home Office - is there anyone there who you’d say would be a ‘real loss’ if they left?
