Filtering through the lovely banter between employees I can see that the insults are obscuring what is happening here, i would suggest that you don't get lost in the weeds with the insults.
PIPs ARE right around the corner. All that top down change has filtered down to the sales force. There will be no layoffs... it will be done by PIP and they are going to have no mercy. We are all going to be in Vegas for a "One Novartis" meeting. They are cookie cutting the sales force and trying to quantify this so that they can apply successes to failures. Forget the fact that kind of thing doesn't work, this was inevitable. "Unbossesd" is a load of horseshit. That's how leadership truly feels about that culture and they want to change it. Im surprised that it took this long. I'm not rumor mongering. This is happening and it is here. You don't have to believe me and I am not going to try to convince you. I don't have to be seen as right. All I need do is sit back and watch. You will see it when it happens. Be careful. Be smart and know this... there is NOT going to be any warnings. Your ABL isn't going to have a meeting with you and tell you that you're in danger of a PIP.n There will be no warning letter. You'll just get a call to be on a hitherto never before seen "check in call" and it will be your abl and the regional. On that call they are going to sandbag you. I don't know if these PIPs are going to be survivable ones. I can only guess that from some it will be but for others they will be made just hard enough to drive people out. And keep an eye on your upcoming bonus's because those are leverage. They can take them away anytime they want as a punitive measure. You'll hear things like "If you resign now, we will give you your last bonus, stock, etc...". That lessens their liability. Be careful out there.
