If you hate the company as much as it sounds like pretty much everyone does, then either leave, or take responsibility for changing the circumstances. Pretty much had enough here. eCardio is recruiting me but they don't have any visibility in my territory so don't know much about them. Looks like a similar product and report to what we have and heard they're coming out with their patch soon. Does anyone here know much about them? Enjoy our space but fed up with our leadership and management.
 



Every company that provides monitoring has a patch "about to launch." Almost every one of them. At one time, we thought the VC would be special. Turns out it's not really that special. eCardio will probably have theirs before ours and so will the rest of the industry.
 



I thought the NSM was pretty good. Interesting products coming and management definitely wants to win.... not sure of goal viability but hearing that new managers are coming and that there's going to be focus on sales reps.
 


















Not sure of the timing, nor do I know the order of territory change, but I've been contracted (as have 4 others) to bring in 1099's for territories around the country.

A couple of other monitoring companies have this business model and it does seem to work well in certain geographies, though not all.
 



Whoever posted this is mistaken. We are not bringing in 1099s. The new reps are from a third party inside sales force that we have retained on contract. These "Lightening" people are from a company called "West" and unlike 1099s, are not independent contractors. This board is just awesome for mis-information.
