It is most certain that after the revenue budgeting is complete, that there will need to be drastic cuts on the operations side. Small offices that do not have enough "supportive" speculative revenue will be trageted first and their territories will be absorbed by some of the larger close offices.
One director has already "leaked" about one office that is targeted to close. Not ready to reveal it here though. Other offices are being told to be prepared for staff cuts, as the budget rolls on. This is a very bad time for UHS, as the executive leadership is either new or uneffective, the Middle management is scared for thier life, and the lower field management and workers are being pushed harder and harder with no relief in sight.
time to brush the resume up and head to a Good Company. UHS has lost it's focus and even worse, has forgotten about the people that got them to he top before they fell!!!!!
