What a bunch of sh**house lawyers. First of all, a massive number of law firms live for the opportunity to sue companies for anything. Secondly, anyone can file a lawsuit. These claims have been combined into a class action which means a large number of law firms are going to divvy up most of whatever is aawarded, if anything. No jail time, no criminal charges, nothing but a business estimate gone wrong. Sorry....you can't look at Gold's sale in the 50s and claim a crime has been committed.
