Mitch lied

People died

A post few months ago mentioned a suicide. No way to substantiate it but he did destroy lives and careers. Someone on Investors Village who writes a blog says he is being forced to sell his home due to what happened here.

"I’ve spent almost everything outside of my IRA, and have had to sell over 75% of my depressed DNDN shares to pay the bills. At this rate, and without another source of income, my only other available asset to sell to generate money is my house; hence, my home is for sale."

People died

Here is a victims story from the IV board.

The suicide was one thing I was referring to. The other was the (controversial) allegations about the stated efficacy of Provenge. I know the latter has generated some heated and sometimes nasty debate.

The most absurd thing about all of this is that those investigating know this monster is currently on the board of directors. I assume they feel he can't be a danger to anyone just being a board member and not the Lead board member as Nicole transparently pointed out in her press release, but it is still absurd that he remains here. If this suicide did indeed take place and it was due to the events of Aug 3, then this monster has blood on his hands.

Someone needs to look into JJ's shady relationship with Mitch Gold and why he continues to let Mitch Gold and Dick Brewer hold the company hostage. JJ is harboring criminals and he tells us he wants to make things better for shareholders. Shareholders want nothing to do with criminals on a company's BOD. Gold is a cancer. A tumor. A criminal. A liar.

It's Big Lie style denial. If Gold is still on the Board, then he and the board couldn't have done anything wrong. They think if they keep repeating this, somehow the Fed will overlook the crimes. None of them any longer have significant investment in the company, so all they can get from the company is legal cover.

Everyone is commenting on this but not getting the right point. By not removing Gold, the board who was responsible for oversight of his activites saves face until he is charged. IMO when he is charged, the people who knew everything he was doing (think Dick Brewer) will act shocked and surprised. IMO Brewer deserves prison as much as Gold and Hamm.

You are not alone. Mitch also duped JP Morgan clients with his bond offering. They are now hostages to those bonds because to sell them would incur about a 40% loss. JP Morgan clients and others who bought those bonds are the silent victims of Gold. The pain and suffering this man has caused is incalculable.

Reading some of these posts. Is this true?

I started this thread awhile ago before actually trying to search for anything about a suicide related to DNDN stock crash. After a cursory search through google the only suicide related to Provenge I could find was of a patient mentioned in DNDN's clinical report. So that has nothing to do with the stock crash. I don't know, but if I have more time I might try and research it more. For now, the shareholder suicide IMHO is a rumor.

Thank you for the clarification. I do know of someone who has to sell his home. While you're doing your research, if there is any way to find out how many lives were destroyed among employees, shareholders and bondholders while Gold and the other executives and board got rich please post.

All lawsuits are covered by Officers and Directors Insurance which also paid all claims in the 2007 lawsuits. The BS artist will claim otherwise, but he has zero credibility.

That strategy has never worked and won't work this time.

You are right, your strategy of spreading false and misleading Anti-Dendreon information through conversations with yourself will not work. As is everything else in your life it will turn out to be a complete failuire - ryno.
