Oh my, " I think we will all be fine?" Uhhh not so fast Parker, every month I work here is another at below average salary and crap bonus potential. Plus, now we are all being micro-stupid managed to death as every RBM and AM is seeking some workable epiphany! "Fine" , Not at all. !!!

More posts from the Home Office. No rep would write a post like this. Good message? It's a new version of a 4 dollar drug with nothing to show doctors in comparison to Diclofenac. No efficacy or safety data in comparison to justify spending $275 instead of $4. Yeah, that's a good message. Sure.

But- hey, we have a new OA indication, we can double our sales. You'll be fine. Just pull our wagon and make us some money until we let you all go!

OA will not be a big deal because most of the people that has OA are on Med D and we have little Med D coverage. The plans that we have coverage do you think that someone will pay 30 to 50 compare to 4 to 10. Also look at the study for OA, data is not that good. Home office thinks that OA will double or triple sales, it will not happen.

This is 100% accurate. Obviously someone from Home Office comes on here daily and tries painting a positive picture of Iroko. Show me the names of any plan where this drug has Tier 2 coverage - commercial or Part D. OA indication won't increase sales more than 10%. Diclofenac is $4 and no step edit to hassle with.
