Is there a law against misleading information provided by recruiters? Anyone feel they were lied too? Wonder if these recruiters actually understand how bad things are here? Were you sold on a bogus story about all these TMs making $250K and top RMs making $300k?

If you are fed this garbage, don't be shy to ask all the tough questions. Read the thousands of CF posts to get an idea of what its like here before biting into this shit sandwich. No, moron! If you spend two minutes to look it up, you willl notice there are a few recruiters posting on websites that aren't new and still using the same old figures to lure people in. New and old recruiters fully understand what's going on. Its no secret. Hence, the reason many recruiters won't work with us anymore. Hurry, your bus just left idiot.

My firm has been working with Zoll for the past year. We have placed TMs and RMs and all have said the experience has exceeded their expectations. We collaborated with Sr. leadership on a specific profile for new hires and it has worked out quite well. If you're not making $250,000 a year as a TM you simply aren't hitting what is a very achievable growth number. RMs routinely exceed $325,000. This is a class organization which values performance. I'm proud that they partner with our recruiting firm.

I would like to see recruiters tell it like it is. This job may be a 1 yr gig before your quota gets out of hand. Very few TMs and RMs make thier number 2 years in a row. If they do, it's more about the local market and payor situation than anything else. This place has changed over the past year. Recruiters need to understand that and stop advertising the high end numbers as if that's actually feasible. Its not.
