Please somebody help us get out of this mess. The So. Cal Region is a dying attempt at motivating reps. I am trying to play by the rules but I feel I cannot do what I was hired to do---use my innate skills to convince my MD's on writing my product. Why do I lose countless nights of sleeep in waiting for and LOC that I cant even decipher why its coming???

Is this ever going to change? Will upper management listen? Or do we all have to dust off the resume?

Its so sad because I really thought I found a cutting edge, proactive, team driven company that I could thrive and win for. Now I"m just scared to get into the batters box, let alone take a swing. Its heartbreaking.

Don't wait on them to give out LOCs. Get the resume out there ASAP. It will only get worse if you wait. That's the Forest way.

No! Don't quit, fight back unless you have something "real" or tangible that can get you fired. Take the opportunity to get your side in our HR file. When your gone nobody will care.

PUH-LEEZE - I got a LOC - worked my ass off to do everything that was asked of me (which I accomplished) COMPLAINED and CITED examples of ABUSE (verbal) and UNPROFESSIONALISM by my manager to HR and they did NOTHING. Wake the fuck up and realize that your company DOESNT care about YOU. QUIT NOW.
