It's very irritating when people say this. We are all allowed our opinions. It is not in most of our nature to just go along with corporate rules and philosophies without question. If you are one to blindly accept that the company always knows best, good for you! Being a lackey and follower is a lot easier than having a mind of your own. However, most of us are grateful to have a good job at a good company but that doesn't mean we fully embrace what the company does. We know we could make a difference if anyone would listen and give us a chance to openly share our ideas and be open to accepting them. Unfortunately, that's not the case. If you don't want to see anyone complain you shouldn't come to this site.

I completely agree! Easy job and I wont quit. The people who say "Quit your bitching and quit" Should quit getting on this site, because this is a place to let us express our shitty attitudes toward this company.

That's because they don't know what really needs to be done to grow business. Thoughts for the Day and success stories are their way of trying to manage. .... I know, it's actually quite funny isn't it?

Precisely the problem, the reason reps at forest are treated like doormats and rat shit is because the ankle grabbing and passive scared out of "your wits" mentality is live and rampant here. DM's have reps right where they want them and they know no rep will quit because there is NO job market for quitters from Forest. With Forest on your resume you will never get hired again in this tight industry, only the best can quit and find another fool to bail them out in this biz these days, it used to be stay for 2 years, enjoy the honeymoon of 6 month no accountability and training "excuses" and busy work for newbies, but now you are handcuffed, you either steal from the patients and cheat and bribe the doc's right out of the gate or you are toast and "field rides increase" exp. reports and sample with sig time and time stamp examined daily by your "boss" (laughable) or you quit and spend the next 24-48 months on the unemployment line until you go back to school or hit the locale brick and mortar chains and take orders for wings and rings. Either way Forest has you by the short and greasy pubic hairs...... the reason no body "quits" is because they have no where to go!!!!

So true, Forest breeds some of the most miserable and incompetent folk I have ever worked with.....this post says it all. We had 3 more asshats put on a LOC today, happy holidays.
