Mirati - oncology?

Mirati will simply fail. Oncology is about understanding and being able to communicate the clinical data. Our training is a joke! Primary care at its finest. Most of our upper management doesn't understand the data. Key accounts are the biggest joke. Idiots! Everyone patting each other on back will accomplish nothing. We will fail even if we get a drug to launch!

Mel has failed at everything for at least the last ten years. Why should this be any different?

So true. People are not happy micromanaged and a mass exit is ongoing. People are interviewing all around.

So "equal efficacy" at the studied dose...yet Spira says the tox is due to the high dose...so do we really think if we lower...er I mean 'optimize' the dose to solve for the tox concerns the efficacy will stay the same? We are screwed, because really aren't patients and oncologists always looking for a new drug with similar efficacy with greater toxicity!!!

We tried, it didn't work out. It happens. Time to move on.

do you know oncology? Slightly lower dose with sustained treatment exposure would drive better efficacy. Mirati is far from being done.
