Minor v. Bostwick Laboratories, Inc.

So Bostwick defended itself and was found blameless-- the court found that they did nothing wrong. yet, there is still incessant whining on this board. Maybe all of the nasty posts were from the employee who filed the lawsuit and lost...with all the anonymous posts, one never knows. Other boards have shown that a single person can totally contaminate and pollute a site with numerous ravings, including discussions with oneself. Do not trust any post on this board unless you want to...

Bostwick Shutters AIPL after Only Six Months; Announces Tenn. Closure
March 2010
Main article
Citing economic pressures, anatomic pathology (AP) testing provider Bostwick Laboratories (Richmond, Va.) has shut down its Washington, D.C., metro-based American International Pathology Laboratories (AIPL) only six months after its launch, according to a company memo from CEO and chief medical officer David Bostwick, M.D., recently obtained by LIR.

On another note: Labcorps Q409 Revenues up 3.49% to $1.16 billion.... let's ponder this for about 3 seconds...Gee DGB, maybe it's not the economy....maybe it is some decisions that weren't so financially sound or maybe just plain not thought out at all... hummmmm such a puzzle.

The above is not rumor, the above is published and reported in the Washington G2 Report, March 2010.

It pretty much backs the rest of the so called 'lies', again ponder this:Maybe things aren't as great as DGB tries to make it seem, maybe is not a pretty place to be.

And yes kids, the truth sometimes hurts...
