Lane and Sam were promoted because of their skill and performance. They were not able to get many orders with the other company they were working with on the side. Ask anyone, they were with us at least 80%.

True - they themselves weren’t very good at selling it. But they had the MiMedx reps under them selling it that crap so they got the rollup portion. Kevin Trudeau would be proud of their MLM skills.

Most of the fires whistleblowers didn’t sell anything on the side but the company still told everyone they did.

This all started when Pete refused to pay an earned 40k commission to one of the whistleblowers. I estimate that Pete has lost $75 million in lost stock valuation and is now facing a criminal indictment .

Pete is a great guy and was just trying to make some money on the side. What is the big deal? and the rep was owed a$40,000 commission check, more like 20K get your story straight and leave Pete alone!
