Who wants to work for a multiculturalism foreigner like Rohit who you can barely understand and “make excuses Kim” who looks like she hasn’t left her bedroom since the pandemic except when she filmed her cameo virtual national sales meeting last year. When you watch her on conference calls she is tired with exhausted eyes. Absolutely the worst leadership ever assembled. I think Joe Biden and Kamala Harris would be better leaders than Rohit and KH.

Tim Tried to turn mimedx into a pharmaceutical company when it wasn’t ready and wasn’t time. Tim thought People were driven by clinical decision making and trials versus how much money they make. Unfortunately he was wrong and now the company is suffering and then alot of good sales reps are having to find new jobs because mimedx is no longer competitive.
 












Mimedx continues to minimize the sales force! No stock, no company cars, no pay raises, no commission bumps, and zero leadership! The sales force drives the revenue, yet, we continuously are bent over! The stock holders need to know that leadership in this organization were stymied by the BLA’s. Plan B, we are back to wound care, and we will continue to diminish and demotivate the sales force to pay for the executive team’s romper room performance! Thank Heaven for my 1099 products! Leverage is the name of the game!

the more they screw their reps the more will they will join competitors in order to compete. But hey they let their distributors sell the competitors why shouldn’t a w2 employee be able to sell high reimbursement products when they get bent over from the company and other high reimbursement products? The morale is awful!

Yeah they doing those so they can track reps activity just like big pharma . They want to precall plan you and instead of a carrot of 10% commission they want to stick you with fear and intimdation all while you lose your private office because your 24 mm is underwater and you can’t compete with others in the private office setting. I wish Tim would fire rohit kim ,andy Bresnock and lou roselli..
 






Hard to believe we ended year with 207 reps and company sold 258 million. I wonder how much was from distributors?

I guess some people are doing well. It seems some territories that were heavy private office are being decimated with high reimbursement compeition.

it seems OI knows what they are doing while our leadership thinks we are a pharmaceutical company.

I am actually glad our BLA’s failed miserably and our stock sucks! All those golden parachutes have turned to lead and they are STUCK in the wound care arena. They need their sales force more than ever yet they screw them on every turn! Eliminate the employee engagement surveys, they are worthless and a waste of money. Good luck with your lofty goals, you are going to need it!

They brag about growth when parker had the company at maybe 300 million and now the company is around 250-258 million and OI went from 338 million to 478-500 million while an overall growth market. Basically oi doubled up revenue on mimedx during the tenure of Rohit and Kim and i love how Kim is saying we are putting the “patient’s first” when reps are being fired because their primary revenue came from private office and now are losing it because we can’t compete. High turnover due to terrible leadership.

Its important to know the competition unlike rohit Kim and you who have no clue..

When your mimedx customer starts losing money on 24 mm (incompetence with asp) but tell you they can use affinity and pureply for 80% and still make money with size appropriate grafts and trear patients without secondary , then its hard to regain your credibility. I think it depends on your territory where if an oi rep can go in and sample their products and sell on the spread then its over for mimedx. I could sell circles around mimedx and their past dysfunction and only one size above water demonstrates they didn’t understand market dynamics in private office and didn’t put “patients first” using Kim’s cheesy tagline. Kim, Rohit and Tim thought marketing, swagger, pharma messaging was the ticket but truly they are on the wrong side of history. Plus our company tries to negatively sell against the middle layer and now its amnioeffect.. plus we bash pureply but doctors love it. Most healogics people care more about preventing infection versus healing a wound more quickly. Infection keeps doctors up at night, healing some a few weeks sooner rather than later doesn’t. Once again mimedx didn’t product proliferate like OI thus our 361 has no real patent protection. So its bla injection or bust.. i don’t see the sales force winner back private office anytime soon and covid along with amniofill gone makes surgery extremely difficult.
