I work for Meda in another division and just came back from national sales meeting. We now use IPads instead of computers, I drive a Subaru and have the best manager I've ever had in 30 years. It's not an R&D company, so to be competitive they have gone thru a lot of pain. But I like being in a small company that's growing and responding to the market, than a big one, waiting for the next round of cuts. You'll never be bored here.
