No they are not right. There were specific drug codes within a class for years. It also stated how the test was to be conducted in order to qualify for the billing. The problem is that labs test specimens once and bill all the codes. I understand the 2015 codes and proposed direction just fine.

Do not pay your bill. They do not use collections. They just make money off insurance companies. Anything they get above and beyond what the insurance company pays is an added bonus. They do not expect the bill to be paid. That is why they do not use collections.

A big number for Ameritox... a pimple for a company like MH and they will likely appeal. If you talk to ANY legal expert on these last two Ameritox / Millennium cases the rulings will likely not hold up. Hope Ameritox can keep paying their legal bills because that place is a falling knife!
 








It sounds like a race to the ethical bottom. Who is worse? MH or Ameritox? It's like trying to figure out who killed more people, Stalin or Hitler. It isn't a surprise that the health system is in shambles with companies like these sending kickbacks to unethical practitioners and overcharging patients, the taxpayer, and insurance companies.

Looks like Millennium is being sued by numerous individual states, The US government and some guy who must have been the whistle blower. Anyone else hear this?
