Millennium Laboratories

LOL you should read up on coding yourself, because they are right! if a drug falls in the same drug class, you can see the same code. With the 2015 coding it's a bit different, but unless you understand the difference between drug class specificity...you probably wouldn't understand

Hmmm
No they are not right. There were specific drug codes within a class for years. It also stated how the test was to be conducted in order to qualify for the billing. The problem is that labs test specimens once and bill all the codes. I understand the 2015 codes and proposed direction just fine.

You need to report them to the Insurance Commissioner in your State. They are there to fight for you. This is not appropriate billing.

Do not pay your bill. They do not use collections. They just make money off insurance companies. Anything they get above and beyond what the insurance company pays is an added bonus. They do not expect the bill to be paid. That is why they do not use collections.

On the lawsuits, we are the only company to have never been convicted in the court of law! Or big competitors have all been found guilty! This company has an amazing pay structure and if you get your ass up and work you'll make lots of money...if not you'll be fired like half the people writing on here. We have completely taken over the industry and as we do so it only makes our job easier selling against the competition. Come to MD I'll show you...

That was then....this is now...

A big number for Ameritox... a pimple for a company like MH and they will likely appeal. If you talk to ANY legal expert on these last two Ameritox / Millennium cases the rulings will likely not hold up. Hope Ameritox can keep paying their legal bills because that place is a falling knife!

It sounds like a race to the ethical bottom. Who is worse? MH or Ameritox? It's like trying to figure out who killed more people, Stalin or Hitler. It isn't a surprise that the health system is in shambles with companies like these sending kickbacks to unethical practitioners and overcharging patients, the taxpayer, and insurance companies.

Heard Millennium is being sued by the OIG along with John Doe 1-10,000. Anyone read that lawsuit? All Millennium customers (John Doe 1-10,000) could be under investigation for co-conspirating? Looks like Millennium is being sued by numerous individual states, The US government and some guy who must have been the whistle blower. Anyone else hear this?
