A good leader is one who sets an example and does the right thing even when the outcome might be difficult. This is not Mike. He's really just average. His luck (and that's all it is) will run out and he will retire and just go away.
 












I have worked for him and like him very much. He is a really nice man. He is super smart but just not good at managing emoyees and running a division. I think KV took advantage of him an talked him into breaking the rules and eventually KV got fired. Mike did not get fired. LCA told him he had to take a lower position if he was going to stay...he declined and left.
