Mike aicher I s a straight up douche bag. Talk about an untalented disengaged arrogant leader. Zero leadership skills. And he covered for and let kip and his cronies run roughshod over the west. What a joke they all are. The only thing I'm surprised about is it took corporate ths long to figure out their ineptitude. Too many good people who actually cared about their jobs lost them. The word about MA, JW, and KV needs to go out to the entire diagnostic lab community. Believe me, I'm spreading the story. The next time I see them the words that should be coming out of their mouth are " would you like mild or hot sauce with that".

Everyone's jumping for Joy in the west!!!!!! Except Gimlin. He's gotta go! the man is an idiot , Mike covered for him . Hopefully now everything will get uncovered and they fire Gimlin and Kips cronies.
 












Its been over a week since MA, KV, and JW were fired. What is the new plan for Southern California Sales and Operations?

I heard we were losing money, if correct will they be making drastic cuts? Bad financials usually mean closing sites ( labs & PSCs), work force reduction and whipping the Sales Force to sell more.

Westcliff picked up the IPA throw-aways from Quest and LabCorp. Now that those low priced IPAs are back with LabCorp, are we going to raise those cap rates? Maybe that will fix our financials instead of laying people off.
 
























Whoever said Mike Aicher is an incompetent douchebag is spot on. Very unethical guy also, which is my biggest problem with the man. I don't know the details about what happened to him at LabCorp but I'd love to know how he finally got shown the door. Sadly, it looks like some other sucker company took him in. With so many smart good people out there with real talent and integrity, it's too bad he's able to continue to operate in the business world.

…….i will confess that I have no clue who this guy is. What I do know is that if you are in a visible, leadership position, you will get ungodly amounts of criticism. Especially on a website where your identity is not known….
