Why keep these RDs if they clearly can’t keep people and never were effective? Do you want them leading the new batch of hires? Cut your losses.
They keep hiring people with no psych experience or that have a 1st… I mean 2nd business they own and don’t work.MidAtlantic losses continue. Just as they fill positions ….more resign. What in the hell is going on over there
Way too many have side businesses, blogs, e-commerce, recipes, side hustles, all with digital footprints during work hours…. time theft running rampant. Time to assess on a broader scope, can’t endure more sub par performance.They keep hiring people with no psych experience or that have a 1st… I mean 2nd business they own and don’t work.
