If Tiago is killing morale in Rheum, why isn’t he gone by now? Is he still micromanaging reps to death? What do you guys consider micromanagement and just how bad is it?

If Tiago is still killing morale and micromanaging Rheum reps to death, why is he still around? Just how bad is Rheum’a culture of micromanagement? Can you give me some examples?

I think it’s company wide. We have STEM rides happening now. The expectation is 8 am to 5 pm. 8.5 calls a day 85% Reach.

Stem is the third party consulting group. you have to sit through an hour long survey and questionnaire. Then they live field travel with you.

Sweet. more people in my dr offices. My docs are exhausted by all the people we bring in.

Had Msl and Phae in. DM 2 times in 6 weeks.

Now another person. and i have to go spend the next day apologizing to them.

Abbvie has lost touch with the street and customers.

The days of pharma reps are almost over. Pfizer is laying of reps for digital sales/marketing. Every company will follow suit. Finance is already crunching the numbers for little Ricky.

abbvie is a very good company that treats its people well but if you really want out of micromanagement? Stop selling for a primary care type company of which abbvie 100% is

because abbvie is not consistent with their offers or salaries. Someone could answer what is target bonus but thats a good question if you are interviewing.
