Do you think it is reasonable that you provide us with an update on what the global cashflow figure is

it is 25% of our "incentive "plan but we never get an update

you can borrow money to pay dividends to shareholders but constantly find ways to make MICP an irrelevant incentive program

My input into global cash flow is "fuck all" i rely on our dysfunctinal ISC teams that are pay peanuts and ultimately hire halfwits who cant make products, ship products.


After renal co share allocation i and many others will abandon this sinking ship
 






I would be surprised if anyone gets any type of MICP....the place is a sinking ship like you stated

I'm surprised Crazy Joe hasn't been let go yet....his "contract" is up on 12/31/2023 so lets see if he is rolled off after that.

last years was a disaster because we were drowning in debt due to the stupid price we paid for Hill ROm

I love it when Joe talks of transformation, its a transformation alright from a company with strong cash flow and great morale to a company where people are waiting for it to be sold , chopped up

Joe is awesome at funding innovation....

I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the innovative people brought over from Hillrom. I thought we may have a chance.

Then we systematically cut them all. We had a in house nerdy HEOR team for a brief moment. Then Joe innovatively cut them and R&D's budget and everyone elses budget for the 7th year in a row.

Other med device companies invest 20% into R&D. I hear we do less than 4%?

lol - Baxter isn't going to be around that long to even do that. It will be sold off soon enough. If you are an employee here you better have your resume ready to go.

Human Resources are TERRIBLE at Baxter. They truly don't care. What a JOKE of a business function!

We understand that HR don't care about employees/culture and are only out to protect the CEO but usually they don't outright say it and proudly display it.
-MICP, Raises and benefits are a joke.
-State of the Deerfield office is awful.
-Morale is in the toilet
-We cut too many people/budgets
-People laugh about what crazy Joe will do next.
 






you thoiught 2023 MICP was bad , wait til you see 2024

you will all be part of a vertical or total company

so if you work on nutrtion in Brazil you will get MPT global sales or GEM total sales

either way your work wont be rewarded you will be hoping for a miracle
