Just got my ACR letter HST payout was 70% for 2023

so i work my ass off all year get us to 100% to plan because i quote my boss "globally HST didnt do we" my bonus is impacted .

HOW IS THIS FAIR ? i did my bit but get a multiplier of 70% because globally Reaz doesnt know what the fuck he is doing

Baxter is a sad excuse for a "fair"company im officially out of here but first i will sabotage a few tenders and take a little bit of sick leave in response to 70%

70% is good , 2024 will be worse for HillROM, US is behind, GEM will struggle as year progresses, hockey stick budget. Western Europe is struggling with tasks, reality is we cant compete widely with competitors, Reaz wants increased sales and increased OI , OI will never increase as products are ASP sensitive

Anyway hopefully we will be taken over before then once Vantive is gone part 2 of the conversations will be who wants to buy baxter .....

With the way Joe runs this company like PE with zero budget/personnel I don't see a PE buyer wanting this sh*t hole. As others have said Zero innovation and Zero reinvestment.

Unfortunately, Joes contract was renewed with no end date a couple months back. Makes no sense.

It does make sense: tearing company into more pieces to sell all off for cheap is incomplete. Gotta finish a job, that one, eh!?
