It's obvious you have a hard on for OB but your anger is misguided. LC has destroyed this company, not OB.
 
























I dont think either of them will be let go. But, I do think that profit increases are due to creative accounting...ie no bonus pay for A5 & 10 for months before it went generic, cutting expenses, restructuring debt...there are many things a company can do to look better on paper.

There will likely be changes in upper management, but I dont those 2 being let go. I think we will see a repeat of last year, companies do not spend the money for companies like McKenzie for a "one-time showing"....logically, there is already a "phase 2" plan in place...they just have to fill in the blanks on the template to determine how many.

thanks for your comments. agree with your assessment regarding PII planning in place from McK. suppose we're still reaping the ROI on that $13M investment in their 'expertise'.
 








I think OB is a good guy, it is just unfortunate that he is a huge micro manager like many other in this industry. Going forward you either become a micro manager in this industry or you dont have a job.

I don't think he's a bad guy either. He's in charge of the sales force not r&d. Could he be more aggressive? Maybe, but you'd hate him for that too. Ob if you read these just be yourself f all the rest....

oh and the pde is a bit micromanaging, trust the reps to know where and how to move the business. Let them do that. Calling on a gastro 1 time in 3 months does nothing for us....let the reps that cant or won't be effective go...
