Meyerling is on his way out if not already gone!

So what you're saying is that Pharma is not here to make any money but merely to entertain us and customers?

what I am saying is that pharma RX has been a complete failure since warburg took over and put Perry in charge. It is astonishing he has not been fired. VPs have a shelf life of 1 year if they fail to perform. How has he kept his job for over 2 years. It's amazing blind ignorance. In a publicly traded company he'd been fired by now.

The pharma division had been growing by over 30% annually before warburg. They dumped a ton of money into RX to blow it up, but it blew up in their faces. Growth shut down and started losing market share. It makes absolutely no sense that they allow RX to continue under his management. They rolled OTC into Pharma probably at least to show some sort of growth. It's all just a shell game, 3 card monte.

The revenue actually keeps increasing because the market always expands, especially when you effectively sold a product off label for 10 years, that growth really continues, but they keep losing market share. So the net profit is not there. They lost millions on Besivance. MILLIONS!!!!! Lotemax is the only thing keeping RX alive. OTC & generics keeps Phil and Perry alive. Because those two divisions were rolled under them they can show growth, revenue etc, but RX, which affects the reps, is dead, and the reps are all just zombies walking the earth aimlessly until the grim reaper comes to collect their souls.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. B&L RX is in serious trouble. B&L operated with impunity for years selling products off label. Reps continue to sell Lotemax off label, Alrex off label, Besivance off label, and now zirgan off label. The feds are going to stomp the guts out of B&L, I promise you that. When the dust settles, B&L RX will never be able to recover from the penalties. Lotemax is dying slowly, the other products are junk and can't support a sales team. When either Lotemax goes generic or the Feds file suit against B&L for a Billion dollar penalty, RX is dead. I just hope the feds come knocking before warburg can off this pig so all the fat cats pay the price and get hit in the pocket. As for you reps out there. You have been warned multiple times to find another job. Do not rely on B&L to be there in 1 to 2 years. The RX division is bleeding money, supported by the others and eventually someone will shut it down. I promise you! The end of RX is coming!

Why is B&L having an expansion in the RX division if things are that bad?
