Merry Christmas rumors?

Unless Abbvie buys Neuro and Alexion (which is run by Baxalta former CEO Ludwig) buys the Hemo/IG. Perry stays with Neuro and most of the former Baxalta Management is at Alexion anyway. Just rumor speculation and hearsay of course.

Why would Ludwig want to buy back shitty Baxalta after he laughed at Flem for buying it?

Because Ludwig knows how to run a rare disease company. Baxalta was FAR from shitty. He sold it at an inflated price. If he could get it back for pennies on the dollar, everyone wins. Everyone from Baxalta is praying for this to happen. Keeping my fingers crossed!

First, Ludwig did not exactly make sure Baxalta employees would be taken care of. Second, our pipeline is minimal and the hemophilia business has passed Shire by. Third we have tons of debt thanks to our loser CEO. Fourth, he is at a great company and he isn’t about to sacrifice Alexion folks in a buyout. Bottom line not gonna happen.

You should ease off. Folks here are desperate to be rescued, but Flemming and his “team,” along with our Board, have made Shire into a stinky turd that nobody will buy. And of course they’ve made all of us miserable, which is why we hope someone, anyone, will buy us.

leftWe are now heading into the second year of poor performance for Flem. The whole stock market is cranking. Is the board going to take back the comp increase Flem gave himself?
He obviously isn’t worth it?

AbbVie was everyones chance for rescuing and we see how that turned out in 2014. $270 a share days are long gone. In addition, when a company acquires another it is for the assets, which are current products and pipeline. The fact that Shire's stock price is stagnant in this booming economy shows you there is no value in Shire right now. Someone may grab us, but only at a bargain price after we hit rock bottom.

So, you are stuck with Fleming snd his band of roaches.
